Pathetic Service and *********** staff that lie

I requested Fibre to be installed on Sat 25th of October. I called Monday 28th and I was advised that my fibre had been activated and it would take 48hours. Only to call in today as it still isnt working to being told that it wasnt activated on Monday. Patheric service and *********** staff that lie to customers. I am so upset and will be cancelling the service if it isnt up and running today. Ill informed staff, I spoke 3 representatives and havent been able to help having also waited an hour at minimum to get to the useless staff members. Absolutely disgusting and shocking service.
