Pathetic service and communication

I've been on hold for over an hour. The first agent answered tried helping then put me on hold for another 10 min. Sizwe answered and apparently can't help and there are no managers nor anyway of getting hold of management. My moving request was submitted over 2 weeks ago and to date no one has contacted me yet. I have called each time to no available and hours spent on hold even hung up on. I'm still waiting for some sort of confirmation of date etc. But you never late on taking my money each month. Been a client for 5 years and considering cancelling!!
