PATHETIC SERVICE, *********** AGENT, ****S

This is the worst ISP to exist. I’ve given a month’s notice for cancellation in March. I’ve been trying to contact them for weeks on end. 20 times a day. The so called agents are rude and their attitude is pathetic. I’ve had them laugh at me on the phone while listening to their pathetic excuses for not cancelling. They removed my cancellation request without my knowledge and did not notify me of such! I’ve now had to put in another cancellation request which would cause me to pay for another month of service that I am not receiving. I barely get 1mbps download and upload. I’ve had to go with another ISP whilst I’m paying for something I’m not receiving with MWEB. This is the most atrocious company with an *********** set of employees. Stay far away from this company to avoid getting ****** in broad daylight.
