Pathetic Service

I app**** for fiber on the 31 December 2020 . Today is the 22 January and I have not heard from Mweb. We are waiting for the router to be delivered. The service from Mweb is pathetic. They don't answer their phones. I don't know why they even have a call centre because no one seems to work at that call centre anyway . I would not recommend anyone use Mweb. You rather use a company who you can rely on and who you can actually get hold off. With all the airtime I use trying to get hold of someone at Mweb ,I could rather buy data and use my phone as a Hotspot. Mweb is the worst service provider. In addition to that am expected to pay Mweb for this month yet I have nothing to show for it. I expect a refund for January. If I could actually get hold of someone at mweb , I would cancel my service with them all together. Mweb loves to advertise and promote themselves when actually all they are are bull****ters who can't even deliver on what they advertise!!!
