PATHETIC SERVICE

Even that 1 star they do not DESERVE!!!!..........I paid an amount of R429 on the 17th of Jan to open my line and was advised that will carry me till the 17th of Feb however seeing that I want a debit order, a pro rata amount will be deducted on the 01st of Feb 2026, instead they CANCELLED my line on the 31st of January in error according to them. I have been on a call with them since Sunday and yesterday I half on for 3 hours with no one picking up on the line and had to drop and call again and get to sales where I complained and they told they will call back and restore the line by 8 yesterday....NO ONE Called and this morning I had to call AGAIN!!!....this was 07H45 and they said billing or something is opening at 8 and they will call back...till nothing and I advised then I will complaint to the platforms if my line is not open by 08H30....did they care ?!....NOPE!!! still my line is not open, and I have not received any call
