PATHETIC SERVICE

I have done an online order for a package on 16th July (ORDER NO: X***, to date I have not received a response regarding my order. I have followed up numerous occasions to no success. I am extremely disappointed due to the poor service or should i say no service at all. I have sent an email yesterday to the complaints department as well, no response. Absolutely pathetic service.
