PATHETIC SERVICE!

Have been trying to change my cellphone number since 13th December 2019. Nemerous emails and phone calls with no success! Now 2.5 months later not sorted. Not able to log on to my Mweb online portal. Not able to receive any OTP pin's from Mweb not get any updates from Mweb all due to my cell number that was taken down by thier sales person which was incorrect.

Today 24 February 2020, I called 8 times being sent from one dept to the other and still no one is able to help me get my cell number changed.
