Pathetic service!!!

This is THE most useless service provider I have ever encounted!!!

I signed up on the 17/01/2020. I was informed that it would take a maximum of 4 - 6 weeks to get connected, harsh but its okay; I will wait. A month later a get my fibre line installed. 2 weeks later I get my router installed. It's been more than 2 weeks and I cannot get my damn line activated. I've sent numerous mails, spent at least 2 hours a day on the line with their useless agents who cannot assist as they dont have access and when they transfer it just rings and rings and rings until it cuts off. I have logged a few queries and on their useless site, which they have "closed" without actually resolving the problem. Now I am not able to log any other queries. Mweb service is nonexistent!!!
