Pathetic service

I have been waiting to be reconnected till today, no update no messages and calls not getting through. The service is horrible and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They have made it impossible to call and get help, their online chat is worse, you camp there for hours. Calls get cut every 8 min while you are waiting to get through.
