Pathetic service

Fibre was installed by Vumatel 01/02. After dozens of calls, went live 03/03. Dead again today and have now been advised that it is probably equipment failure and I have to wait 3-6 business days for a vumatel technician. Better still that I could quite possibly be liable for repair costs. Brand new equipment that's failing!
