Pathetic Service

I tried to cancel an order with MWEB. The status is not even activated yet. I spend hours on the phone trying to get somebody to help. Even tried several options just to get to somebody and then they transfer me to the same answering service that you do not have the option to cancel. They do not even have an email address where you can contact them. Pathetic!!!! How can I get them to contact me as I cannot get hold op them?
