Pathetic service

I called on two occasions, one call I held on for 1h40 and they cut the call. The other call I held on for 2hrs, mind you when the call started I was customer number 6 only for them to cut me again. Their secure chat line also doesn’t get responded to. Very poor customer service or support. You cannot get a hold of them, whatever problem you are facing with their network, it’s yours alone.
