Pathetic service

The worst service provider ever. After being with Mweb for years they can't provide a simple resolution to my internet not being restored. After countless phone calls to to their call center I get told there's nothing that they can do about the escalation yet I've submitted my escalation more than 48 hours ago. The consultants are rude and have no care for the client. This will most probably fall on deaf ears just as my complaints have in the Call center. But for anyone wanting to join Mweb GOOD LUCK. don't waste your money on their products.
