Pathetic Service!!

The worst experience with mweb, I cancelled my Telkom contract due to terrible connectivity issues. I was offered a better deal by Mweb with MTN, I paid as I was requested to cancel and my MTN simcard was delivered on the 7th September 2020, I was told Insert the SIM card into your router and after 48hours it will be activated. It’s 14th September 2020 and I have no sign of any internet connection. I spoke to several agents who clearly don’t know what they are doing, so ***********. Mweb I’m so disappointed in your horrible service. I’m definitely cancelling the service and will not recommend you to anybody! Pathetic Service!!
