Pathetic service

Mweb should just close their doors. I order a sim and router which i paid for on the 9th May 2022 yet on the 25 May 2022 I have not received anything but they were easy to collected R1300.00. I log a call to get a refund and trust me that will take you from one person to another. If you a reading this just stay away or beware of the service you will received. Next step is to inform my bank and ICASA
