Pathetic service

Since my switch from dsl to fibre, I've experienced the worst service ever. From Friday the 19th September 2020 up until now I'm having to reboot the pathetic router I received from them every 10mins to get some sort of connection The lady that assisted me was the worst tech support I received from Mweb ever. She showed no compassion for our issue. I went from a 4mbps dsl connection to a 15mbps fibre connection. If this is what Mweb's offering is on fibre. THEY SHOULD CLOSE SHOP.... We've been with them for over 5years and this is how they treat LOYAL CUSTOMERS..... ITS A SHAME!!!!!!!
