Pathetic service

I’ve never had so much issues with one service provider like I do Mweb , I’m with them about a year(which they were very quick to sign me up ) but try getting hold of them it’s o chat on the app ( I’ve waited hours and hours for someone to respond on the app,on WhatsApp , when I call in I wait so long my airtime runs out they just pathetic honestly, I tried for 2 days to tell a agent my internet off and it showing red , but no I have to send pictures then they try telling u to reboot over and over again then they tell me check cables like I didn’t do all of that before I called in 🙄😑now I have to wait 3-6 business days for a technician…bare in mind I work from my home which now means I have to sit at a internet cafe spend unnecessary money all because I have to wait the days .. I’m cancelling with them because this is just pathetic
