Pathetic service

App**** for a new line with Mweb received a call for installation the installer then called me to say they must return as they do not have enough cable and Mweb will be in contact me I had to a call to find out then it became a run around I decided to cancel it because they cannot provide a service now I had to wait for my refund which I do not have a problem with received my refund but request is not cancelled up until today in order for me to go to a service provider that can actually provide a service numerous agents advised they will get back to me and they still did not get back to me up until today I’m still without fibre because they are being blocked by Mweb’s application
