Pathetic service

I have been an MWeb subscriber since the last century. On Friday they deducted their monthly debit order. This morning (Sunday) they say my account is suspended. To add insult to injury, what is supposed to be a 24/7/365 service does not operate on Sundays. Please remove your insular head from your rear-end. I am currently in a country where Sunday is the first day of the week, and unable to communicate with my customer, thanks to this. The only reason I can guess for the suspension is that I reduced my monthly subscription because one of the bright sparks in the call centre informed me that I had been overpaying for features I do not use for roughly the last 35 years. Appalling! Well, I shal just have to use my gmail accounts until I get back to South Africa and my idiot "service" provider.
