Pathetic service

We as a family signed up for wifi, we were informed that the router was despatched on 25th August, to date we are still waiting. And we cannot get hold of customer service for answers. I tried Facebook page yesterday, I'm still waiting. Pathetic service....their delivery of the device is 10 days overdue...
