Pathetic service

I recently took out a sim card with mweb and it was delivered to me on 3 Feb 2021 and I inserted the sim into the router.I called them and they said the activation will take place between 24 and 48 hours.I has been 48 hours and when I call them they are now telling to wait for the whole weekend ,they will attend to it on Monday 8th February.It will be way passed 48 hours they promised,this is unacceptable and the consultant tells me that there is nothing she can do.
