Pathetic service

It’s pathetic how one must call in for days and be hours on the line to be transferred from one department to another an no one seems to be qualified enough to render assistance. I have emailed all my documents through days back and nothing has been updated. Called a thousand times on my expense to he transferred from one point to another! And told to resend documents that the accounts department just found on the system but the technical department can’t. Please stop this patheticness and render the service paid for!
