PATHETIC SERVICE

4th week I have no internet.when you get through after 20mins each time you have to start all over with your complaint.their complaints team is useless and never answers or comes back with any solution just keep referring you.ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE or even a drop of care to do their job. It's pathetic not one manager ever phones back and all the issues is on their side. It's disgusting to know no1 cares in that company. No matter who you phone there's no help
