Pathetic service

I have taken out a fibre contract with Mweb, the installation was done last week Wednesday 10/07/24 up until now my fibre is not active. The consultant that assisted me was Akona Mboniswa. It's like the agent just had a easy sale because I called in and said this is what I need. I have sent several emails from last week asking what is happening but I get no response. This is absolutely disgusting service. The only reference number I have is X***1
