Pathetic service

Made a cancellation with MWeb on the 1st of July but still don't have my money back. When I contact MWeb I get to taken from pillar to post, from Renecia to Sibongile to Zikhona... All can't help with getting my refund as a service was not provided. I'm being **** to each time I make a contact with them, they all lie and say they are processing and blame vuma to make a refund when they are the one responsible for paying back. Mweb doesn't stick to their promise, their time is over and no refund has been received on my end. No sms, no call, no email, just none whatsoever.

I'm the one who keeps contacting and they keep lying. I WANT MY MONEY BACK😠😡
