Pathetic service

I saw this add on facebook for Telkom LTE simcard only deals. I decided to sign up i did a coverage check for the area where i work by typing Fichard street Sasolburg only that no number included It came back and showed that there is coverage I took the deal and by completing the form with my home address house 7 nanananana. The courier company phone me saying they must deliver at 7 fichard street i told them thats not correct as i never gave a house number for fichard street. Mweb phones me with a **** attitude informing me its my fault what so ever. Its 3 weeks now 250 rand worth of airtime. And a call from mweb still dont have my product i think nweb is pathetic.wont recommend them to any internet users.
