Pathetic service

I have requested mweb to port my neotel number. I have submitted the application twice to Mweb and when I did a follow up after a month, they informed me it was rejected by neotel. I contacted neotel who informed me no request was made by Mweb as they don't have any reference number. It's going now for the second month and I am going to loose my number that I have had for 29 years. Mweb servo e pathetic as they put you on hold for 30 minutes when you call them. I think even Telkom gives you a better service.
