Pathetic service

Pathetic service, no responsibility for an ADSL line that they manage and then consultants (two to be exact) put the phone down once you've started your story for their assistance. Ending service with them first thing Monday morning and will demand refund for the pathetic service this past few months. Never expected this from them.
