Pathetic service

I have always received bad service with MWEB, but today was the cherry on top. I paid my subscription yesterday and today I got cut-off and then told that on their side it does not show payment because pay fast has been offline. I found this to be a lousy excuse because I’m Mweb’s customer not pay fast or vumatel, so their problems with the service providers should not affect me at all! This proves to me how pathetic their service is and they don’t value their customers. I sent proof of payment but they still cannot reconnect me and I get to work from home with internet… I lost my day of business because of them and their excuses. A bunch of clowns that cannot put their customers first. Since 8am and now it’s 8pm and I’m still waiting for their manager’s call with my complain.
