Pathetic service
Pathetic. I have been trying to get hold of ur service desk with no success for 30 minutes. There dial options dont even register. My internet has been down since 6pm. Im more upset about no one answering at the call center than my line being down. Thats just pathetic and unprofessional.

As per your discussion with our Customer service consultant, this matter has now been addressed.
He explained that we were running call queues and that there was a problem with some customers selecting the different option in the IVR.
