PATHETIC SERVICE
Poor service from Mweb, I paid my account yesterday and till now my account is not updated. Now my connection was disconnected and I cannot get through to speak to any agent agent. I already spent R100 on airtime and couldn't even to anyone, tried to chat on their website and my app...Nothing. I wonder if there's even people working there. PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

Your app shows that my payment is due and when I try to pay, it says the payment was already done. Why do you say it takes 30 minutes to get reconnected when you pay on your website whereas I'm on day 3 without conection? You are too quick to sign up people however there is absolutely no service fro you.
