Pathetic Service

This is the worst customer services experience that I have ever encountered, I logged a call on 09-04-2020 about not being able to connect to the internet and the consultants who know absolutely nothing advised me that they will log a call with their techs to review the issue, till today no one has contacted me. I followed up last week and they advised me that they are still investigating, I called again today only to be told that the sim card from March 2020 has not yet been rica'd.
