Pathetic service!

Pathetic service! Tried to get Mweb Fiber... all promises were made but then when it came to the installation, Openserve canceled and no one could tell me why. I called twice to find out why but every time it took over 10 minutes for Mweb to answer my call. The last call I made to Mweb was to cancel my application as I will not support a company that treats new customers like that... Just imagine how it will be when I am an existing customer. So Mweb, you can come to collect your router, I won't be needing it anymore.
