Pathetic service

We have been with Mweb for plus minus 7 years. Over the past week we have had a drop in signal at least 3 times in a day which is totally unacceptable. We tried calling they reset the router yet it went of 3 times again. This morning I used the chat box yet it did not solve my issue. Now I tired to call and the agent was rude and unhelpful and just cut the call. This service is utterly pathetic!!!!!
