Spent a month waiting for installation, finally they came, activation sms came but no network, spent an hour on the call with my airtime being transferred to different departments - started in sales department, transferred to support, transferee to activation department, back to support before one funny clown in support says they can't find my application and account, what kind of **** is that since u sent people to my house to put in cables and connect the router?. This company is a **** and a joke, time waisted could have gotten a rain network router in a day. Stop just chasing people's money and invest in your staff.

Seeing they don't even reply to complains on this site, it means they don't give a ****, guys stay away, if I struggle like this to start what about when having a network problem? Nonsense, you waisted my time and resources, come and get your **** out of my house.
