Pathetic SERIVCE MWEB

MWEB is pathetic. They do not answer their phones. only new business department is answering however they cannot assist with existing clients. I have asked to speak to a manager numerous times and they are never available. Told that a manager will phone me back. after 2 weeks I am still waiting.
