Pathetic chat agents on the app. On week ends no contact number is available nor any agent to chat to. Payments made over a week end is an absolute no go. You will sit without any WiFi for het whole week end until a available agent is available which will possibly be if you lucky in a weeks time. Will never recommend this non service provider
