PATHETIC!!!! NEVER USE MWEB!!!!

So Disgusted with Mweb! On 16 Feb Vumatel installed fibre and a rooter at my house. Promising a 72 hour turnover time for activation from MWEB. Today 2 March (2 weeks later) my wifi is still not working. 1. I called them 17 Times up to date, used R600 airtime. Still no luck. 2.On my last call on Friday, I said that I want to cancel the product, because why pay for something that I never even received? The Lady said that she is sorry, and she will speak to the manager and call me back immediately. It never happened. 3. I app**** for the promo of R640 a month for uncapped fibre. I received a email Friday saying that they changed my product and the new montly fee is R690. WITHOUT MY CONSENT. 4. I Never even signed any contract, and no contract was sent to me, last Night R707 was deducted from my account?!?!
