Pathetic MWEB customer service

Honestly MWEB , How useless are you guys at assisting customers . I signed up for a 50MB line with you three weeks ago still not getting the right speed as you have me capped at 20MBps I have emailed the agent who signed me up “Stephanie Hendricks” who has not come back to me to assist me as it feels like her job is done I’ve signed up and that’s that. I have logged a query on your portal two weeks ago and nobody has come back to me there. But wait you are very quick to send me an invoice of account so the money is due but I’m not getting what I have to pay for. Seriously guys I’d rather pay more and go to someone who actually cares because you are now the definition of cheap and nasty
