Absolutely *********** and incredibly vague on responses as to the reason for the fault and the expected down time No commitment to even resolving the the problem with only response being it’s a “network problem” Been going on for days and the ISP @MWEB are equally *********** and useless Not any different from any government department but at least they give you a time frame for resolution Pathetic
