Pathetic Mweb...!!!!

I have been experiencing intermittent issues with my internet connection since June. Since Friday I have no internet access at all. I've spent 100 minutes trying to get through to their customer service department, there is no such department available on their IVR, when you try explaining the concern to the technical team, they expect you to wait for a 6 day turnaround time from Vumatel. I have requested a full cancellation online and through their consultant without penalties, I think it's a fair ask since they can't provide a service. Please stay away from mweb and their absolutely rude team. They refuse to provide recordings for all my conversations.
