Pathetic moving service does not work.

Been with Mweb for years but recently moved and wanted Fibre product to be transferred to my new address. Now I am told it will take 1-2 weeks. What the hell! how am I supposed to run a business like this? Cannot get hold of anyone in the moving department and get sent no-reply emails. Come on Mweb if you only want to go online then have proper online systems in place. Pathetic customer service. Tempted to move on
