Pathetic line speeds

<p>I have constantly upgraded my ADSL package over the years and never have I experienced anywhere close to the promised line speeds as advertised by Mweb. I am currently on a 20mb capped line and only getting just over 5mb line speed no matter if its during peak day or after midnight. How pathetic and only reason I have stayed thus far is because there is not much better choice out there. Seems everyone in this industry is just as bad as the next but am shopping at the moment and hopefully find a better ISP soon. The average user ratings speak volumes in itself. How utterly pathetic and disgusting to charge so much for such bad service and call yourselves a business. You are no worse than ******. Can't I rate 0 stars please</p>
