Pathetic ISP / Service

Wow should have read reviews before signing up. This must be the worst ISP. Have a problem with no internet, tried contacting today 2023/03/26 form 10am and after loading R400 airtime I am still not assisted as I'm always no2 in the queue this is also what they think about their clients.

Who is going to refund my R400 airtime and issue is still not resolved. Once account has been sorted I will be moving ISP
