Pathetic ISP

Mweb we have been with you guys for almost 7 years! We have been experiencing such terrible service and the fibre is terrible in our home. When we contact you guys the technical help is not of any help and tell us the same thing. We call to get assistance we wait up to 50-60minutes to get help.

Now when we have processed a cancellation we can’t even receive any help! I would never recommend you as an ISP to anyone!

Can you please get a hold of me to help me cancel and move to a more efficient ISP!
