Pathetic help with Sales Call Centre

I just called in now to take up a package with Mweb. The sales person that assisted was so unhelpful its amazing how she was allocated to the sales force of Mweb. Not friendly, gives you short responses and keeps quiet thereafter without even trying to sell the product i was interested in.<br> <br> This sets the tone for the rest of the company.<br> <br> Thanks alot for making my choice easy to not do business with Mweb. Rather go to Telkom.
