Pathetic excuse incompetence service

So we are now nearing the end of day 7 of waiting for a pre order to be cancelled i placed my order and paid my order fee on 17 May 2025 only to be informed that the services are only a pre roll out(after having to phone to find out whats happening )note almost three months later. Then requesting for a cancellation of the order and refund on the 10th of July,being told a consultant will call me back to complete my cancellation. 7 days later i once again have to call to follow up on the progress of my cancellation. And yet again nothing Due to the incompetence of cancellation i am now not able to use another service provider as my Mweb order is blocking me from joining another service provider. Is this just *********** or just being spite-full. Never in my life will I recommend them anyone not even my worst enemy ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE
