Pathetic download speed
I have complained MANY times over the past year or so. My line is supposed to be a 2Mbps uncapped, unthrottled line. I am sick of the pathetic line speed. I am also over having to sit with support personnel trying to suss things out. I can download 3GB one day and the next I'm lucky if I can download 500MB. This is unacceptable. I am going to change ISP's (after a lifetime with MWeb) as I just cannot handle it any more.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
As per your discussion with our customer care representative this matter has now been addressed.
He explained that P2P and torrents get the lowest priority on our network and therefore speeds cannot be guaranteed.
