Pathetic, don't subscribe

They are not interested in new business. They rescheduled 3 times to have the connection done and we were told that the "plug and play" box would be delivered in 2 working days. Its a week later and nothing. You cannot get through on the phone and the drop box doesn't work on the website. Pathetic. It will be cancelled before it even starts. Looking for alternatives at the moment.
