Pathetic Customer Support MWEB

Here we go again....our fibre suddenly went down on Saturday 3rd Feb ... try to get hold of MWEB is virtually impossible ....when we finally do they say a tech will be on site by 8am Monday... then we get told by the tech he has the wrong adress and it has to be assigned to someone else... now we wait again...do they seriously not give a damn about people's business suffering ..
